What we collect
Your email address, and a display name and avatar if you set them. The first names and ages of the children in your household. Whatever you write in your log - dates, what happened, subjects, duration, setting, and any goals you set. If you invite someone else into your household, their email address.
Why
To run the service - to show you your own log, keep your household's record together, and let you export it. Nothing more. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't sell or share your data with anyone.
Who can see it
Only the guardians you've added to your household. Nobody outside it - not other users, not us, other than to fix a bug you've reported.
About your children's data
We store a child's first name and age, and whatever a parent or guardian writes about their day. Children don't hold their own account and don't log in. This information is only ever visible to the guardians in that household.
Where it's stored
With Supabase, our hosted database provider, encrypted in transit and at rest. We use a single cookie to keep you signed in - no other cookies, and nothing third-party.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep your data while your account is active. Removing a child from your household deletes any entries that were only about them. If you'd like your account and everything in it deleted, email us and we'll do it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to export it to you. Email us and we'll sort it out. If you're not happy with how we've handled something, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If this changes in a way that matters, we'll let you know by email rather than just quietly updating the page.
